List containers

1docker ps # running only

2docker ps -a # including stopped

3docker ps -q # just the IDs, useful for piping

Column	Meaning
CONTAINER ID	Short ID, usable anywhere a name is
IMAGE	Image the container was created from
STATUS	`Up 5 min`, `Exited (1)`, `Restarting`, `(healthy)`
PORTS	`0.0.0.0:8080->80/tcp` = host 8080 to container 80
NAMES	Name to use in other commands

An Exited (0) status means the process finished normally; any other exit code means it failed (137 = killed, often out of memory).
