Fix "Bind for 0.0.0.0:8080 failed: port is already allocated" and "address already in use" when starting a container.
Another process, or another container, is already listening on the host port you passed to -p host:container. Often it is an old copy of the same container that is still running.
If it is an old container: docker stop <name> (or docker compose down in that project)
Only the host side of -p must be unique. Ten containers can all listen on 8080 internally as long as each maps to a different host port.
